Service Provider Experiencing an Outage

 

Earlier this morning one of our service providers was experiencing an outage that has affected the function of the SNOO mobile app. We are working diligently with our service provider to resolve the issue affecting the function of the SNOO mobile app. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Note the performance of your SNOO bed is not affected, it should be working properly and you can continue using your SNOO via manual control.
