After I download the SNOO mobile app, how do I get started?

Setting up your account is easy!

Sign up and follow the on-screen instructions for entering your information, email and password.  Please know that your email acts as your account name, and you can only have one account associated you’re your SNOO. So, pick and hold onto one email and password!

If you have more than one mobile device with the Mobile App installed, no problem! Simply use the same email and password to log into the App on those devices.

Note: If you bought more than one SNOO, you will need to assign each SNOO its own unique email address.

  1. Set Up the “My Baby” Profile

Under the “My Baby” screen, input your baby’s information and make sure to indicate if your baby is a preemie by toggling the Preemie option. You can change your baby’s information at any time by returning to the “My Baby” screen.
