This may happen when pairing SNOO to the App. If the password is not being accepted, you will need to reboot SNOO. To reboot SNOO, simply unplug it from the power cord and plug it back in again. This should resolve the issue.
Please make sure you have latest version of the app by clicking on “about” in the settings tab. The version should be 18.104.22.168. The latest version of the app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
