I misspelled my email address in the Mobile App. How can I fix it?

If you incorrectly typed your email address during sign-up but have successfully paired your mobile device with your SNOO, simply reset your SNOO…

For iOS devices:

  1. Head over to the Setting icon at the bottom of your screen
  2. Under the Devices category, click on Baby’s SNOO to begin
  3. At the bottom, you will select Unpair SNOO to reset and follow the on-screen prompts

For Android devices:

  1. Log in to the SNOO App and go to the Menu Bar > Settings
  2. Under the category My SNOO > at the bottom select Reset My SNOO and follow on-screen prompts.

If you have not completed the pairing process yet, you can simply create a new account with your correct email address. Just open the App and click Sign Up. Then proceed to pair your mobile device with your SNOO.
