My phone is unable to connect to SNOO?

Yes, we can help you. We have a couple of things we would like you to check.

  1. Check that SNOO is plugged in and turned on.
  2. Check that your wireless settings are turned on.
  3. Log out of the SNOO APP and completely quit the application. Log in again.
  4. If still nothing, log out, quit the app, turn on Air Plane mode for 15 seconds, then off. Open SNOO app and log in again.
