What is the general return policy?

The return policy for SNOO and SNOO accessories differ.

SNOO Accessories

If within 14 days of receipt of your SNOO Accessory (SNOO Sack, Fitted Sheet, Shorty Legs), you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax, where applicable. There is a $10 restocking fee for each returned item.

SNOO

SNOO’s 30-day, worry-free trial works differently.

SNOO comes with free shipping and a worry-free, 30-day trial. If within 30 days of receipt of your SNOO, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your it for a full refund of the merchandise value and tax.

We understand all babies are unique and want nothing more than to help your little one get safer, better, sleep. We’d like to give you additional support, before you decide to return. Happiest Baby’s knowledgeable sleep consultant (with 30+ years of experience) has guided many families to help their babies sleep soundly in SNOO. Please contact customercare@happiestbaby.com to arrange a consultation. We also have some helpful tips we can send you—again, reach out to customercare@happiestbaby.com and we will be pleased to assist you.

Note: All returns must be received within 10 days of requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  If the return is not postmarked within 10 days of the RMA request, the refund will be cancelled.
