Is there a warranty?

If for some reason SNOO shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period of 1 year from date of purchase, please contact our customer care team and have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, repair or replace your product with just the cost of shipping spare parts or new product.

Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase. The product is intended for use in the United States only. The limited warranty is valid only if the product is used in the United States and is purchased through an authorized re-seller. The limited warranty is not transferable.  Using the product outside of the United States or purchasing it through an unauthorized re-seller automatically voids the limited warranty and any other applicable warranties.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect or inappropriate usage of SNOO, including but not limited to care, maintenance, storage and cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manuals
  • Casualties and carelessness including those caused by both unsuitable parts
  • Personal opinion or dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features or aesthetics
  • Soft goods, DVD’s and books
