My SNOO device password isn’t being accepted in the pairing process. What Should I do?

The SNOO password is the App-generated password that’s unique to your SNOO device. You’ll need the SNOO password to pair your mobile device to your SNOO. 

If the SNOO App isn’t accepting your SNOO password during pairing, reboot SNOO by unplugging it from the wall outlet and plugging it back in. This should resolve the issue and enable you to continue with pairing your mobile device to SNOO.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the App. The latest is always available from the the Apple® App Store or Google Play®.
