My mobile device is unable to connect to SNOO. What should I do?

Please check the following:

  1. Please make sure you have latest version of the app. The latest version of the app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  2. Check that SNOO is plugged in and turned on.
  3. Check that your wireless settings are turned on.
  4. Log out of the SNOO Mobile App and completely quit the application. Log in again.
  5. If still you are still not connected, log out, quit the app, turn on Airplane mode for 15 seconds, then off. Open the SNOO Mobile App and log in again.
