My mobile device is unable to connect to SNOO. What should I do?

Please make sure you have latest version of the app. The latest version of the app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

  1. Check that SNOO is plugged in and turned on.
  2. Check that your wireless settings are turned on.
  3. Log out of the SNOO Mobile App and completely quit the application. Log in again.
  4. Reselect your wireless network on the app by going to Settings > My SNOO > Set Up > Change Network
  5. Reboot your home router

NOTE: If you’re having issues pairing your Android mobile device to SNOO, try turning off cellular service before starting the pairing process.
