Yesterday, SNOO's internet communications provider experienced a service outage, temporarily affecting the normal operation of some customers' SNOO apps and sleepers. We're now back online and in the process of restoring service for those affected. If your SNOO’s activity button is blinking red, please restart your unit by unplugging it and plugging it back in. If it is still red, that means your unit is queued for an update by our engineers. The button will automatically turn to white when you're all set to start using SNOO again.
