How does my billing work?

When you place your rental order, your credit card is charged the 1st-month rental fee (plus tax), a reconditioning fee, and a refundable security deposit. At the end of the first month’s rental, your card will automatically be charged the monthly rate (plus tax), until you cancel the rental. (If you’ve used a discount code, the amount billed will be reduced accordingly.)

Please note, there is a 1-month minimum rental term.

If you rented 10/2/19 or later:

You may cancel at any time by logging into your rental portal and clicking Initiate Return. The term begins the day your SNOO delivers and ends the day it is picked up by Happiest Baby’s specified carrier.

Once your bed has been received and passed inspection, we will refund your security deposit and payment for any unused days in your final month.

If you rented before 10/2/19:

You may cancel at any time by clicking here. You will receive an email shortly after completing the form. Don’t be concerned if you don’t immediately see a confirmation after completing the form. Your return email will be sent shortly.
